Terms and Conditions

Ticket to the Thames accept no liability in respect of any loss or damage to the guest or for anything brought onto the vessel by any such person, except loss or damage due to the negligence of the boat company. All boats carry third party liability cover.

All complaints must be noted verbally on the day, flowed by a formal written complaint. Any complaints noted more than 1 week after the event will not be considered and will indemnify our Company from any payment of compensation.

All vessels are fully equipped for cases of emergency. All comply with rigorous MCA guidelines and all crew are fully trained. Each vessel holds Public Liability insurance.

The company reserves the right to substitute any vessels should they deem necessary. In cases of low ticket sales, the company will endeavour to supply a smaller vessel. If this is not possible, ample notice and full refunds will be given to any parties.

No food or drink may be taken on board.

Seating is non reservable on all boats.

25% deposit of estimated ticket numbers is required on booking. Full ticket balances are then due 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations before final payments will receive a full refund - cancellations after final balance payment will be deemed non refundable.

The company reserve the right to refuse ticket sales to individuals who do not meet the criteria for the cruise ie, no under 18's on New Years Eve cruise. Should the Crew and/or the Bar Staff not be content with any ID requested, they reserve the right to refuse alcohol to be served. Likewise, the Crew reserve the right to refuse boarding, and will not be liable for any expenses incurred by the guest, should they deem any guests to be worse for wear caused by alcohol or drugs. Boarding will also be refused to those who seemed intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Any decisions made of this nature are at the crew's discretion and are final.

Passengers are permitted to board 15 minutes to embarkation. Upon boarding - passengers must have their tickets available for inspection. Any persons failing to present a valid ticket will be denied access to the cruise. All cruises leave at the time stated and cannot return for latecomers and tickets will not be refunded.

During the cruise, the vessel will remain under complete control of the Captain and/or crew as provided by the Company. If for weather, tide or other reasons the Captain considers it necessary to vary or terminate the scheduled trip, his decision will be final.
